Tarragon Vinaigrette

Servings: —

Ingredients
1 egg
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 Cup tarragon vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil

Directions
Place egg, mustard, salt, vinegar in Cuisinart and process until blended. Gradually add oil through feed tube until emulsified.
