Delicious Bread Pudding for Breakfast

Ingredients: 

16 to 20 pieces of white sandwich bread, torn up

Whisk Together
8 Eggs
2 Cups of Milk
1/2 Cup of Half and Half
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of White Sugar
2 Tb. Vanilla

Topping
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
pinch of Nutmeg
1 Stick Cold Butter

Directions: 

Grease a 9X13 inch pan with butter, then spread the chunks of bread evenly. Pour egg mixture over bread and let soak for at least 10 minutes or overnight. Whisk together the dry topping ingredients then cut in the cold butter until the mixture is sandy.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour.

IF preparing the night before, add topping just prior to baking.
